All products offered through Hearth And Joy are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
Section 3 — Customer-Submitted Artwork
Hearth And Joy offers products featuring custom line art created from images submitted by customers. By submitting an image or any visual content to us for use on a product, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the original owner of the submitted image or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit it for commercial use;
- The submitted image does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party;
- You have the legal authority to grant us the right to use the submitted image to create and produce your order.
We do not independently verify ownership of submitted images. You acknowledge that Hearth And Joy relies entirely on your representation that you hold the necessary rights to any image you submit.
Indemnification for Submitted Content: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Propel Sites LLC, its members, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to any claim by a third party that your submitted image infringes upon their intellectual property or other rights. This obligation survives termination of these Terms and any completed transaction.
Section 4 — Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk.

From time to time, Hearth And Joy may offer promotional discounts or coupon codes. Unless otherwise stated:

- Discount codes have no cash value and are non-transferable.

All artwork, line art, designs, graphics, logos, and visual content created by or for Hearth And Joy are the exclusive intellectual property of Propel Sites LLC, doing business as Hearth And Joy, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our designs or artwork without our express prior written consent. This prohibition applies to all products sold through our Site as well as any artwork displayed on the Site itself.
Source Files: We do not provide source files, raw design files, or editable versions of any artwork under any circumstances. The sale of a physical product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
Section 7 — User-Generated Content
Our Site may allow you to submit product reviews or share images of your products (collectively, “User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Hearth And Joy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content on our Site and in our marketing materials.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit any User Content you provide, and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion without notice.
