Can I order art for more than one home?

Absolutely. Just add each home as a separate item to your cart. If you have any special instructions — like ordering for multiple addresses or as gifts — drop a note in the Order Notes field at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Do I get to approve the artwork before it’s printed?

Yes, always. We email you a digital proof of your illustration before we touch the printer. You have the chance to review every detail and request any changes. Nothing gets printed without your sign-off.

What makes a good photo to submit?

A well-lit daytime photo taken straight-on gives our artists the most to work with. Don’t stress if it’s not perfect — our team is skilled at working with real-world photos. The one exception: very dark nighttime shots can make fine details difficult to capture. When in doubt, send it and we’ll let you know.
