Overview
All Hearth And Joy products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, please allow time for both production and shipping when estimating your delivery date.
Production Time
Before your order ships, it must first be produced by our fulfillment partner. Production typically takes up to 7 business days from the time your order is placed and payment is confirmed. This is separate from and in addition to shipping transit time.
Please keep production time in mind when ordering for a specific occasion or deadline.
Shipping Time & Cost
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order details and delivery address. Only standard shipping is available at this time — we do not offer expedited shipping options.
Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, transit times will vary depending on your location and the fulfillment partner processing your specific item. Because different products are fulfilled by different Printify partners in different locations, shipping origin and transit time may vary between items in the same order.
Estimated total delivery time (production + shipping) is typically 1–2 weeks, though this may vary.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number provided by Printify. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier information to update.

US Shipping Only
We currently ship to US addresses only. If an order is placed using an international shipping address, the order will be canceled and fully refunded. Please ensure your shipping address is within the United States before completing checkout.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and with neighbors before contacting us. Occasionally carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.
If your order appears to be genuinely lost in transit — meaning tracking has not updated for an extended period or shows an error — please contact us at griffin.brautigam@gmail.com and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and attempt a reship where possible. We cannot guarantee a reship in every case, as outcomes may depend on our fulfillment partner’s findings.
Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If a package is returned as undeliverable or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, we are unable to issue a refund. We recommend reviewing your address at checkout to ensure accuracy.
