No Returns
Because all Hearth And Joy products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final with respect to physical returns of merchandise.
However, we do offer refunds in specific circumstances as outlined below.
When You May Be Eligible for a Refund
We want you to be happy with your order. Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Damaged or defective products — If your item arrives with physical damage such as a broken frame, damaged canvas, or other structural defects caused during production or shipping.
- Poor print quality — If the printed product you receive has a significant print defect (e.g., misalignment, color issues, or incomplete printing) that is clearly attributable to the production process.
Please note: Because customers are given the opportunity to review and approve all artwork prior to production, we do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with the approved design, composition, colors as approved, or other elements that were confirmed before printing.
What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
- Orders where the customer approved the artwork prior to production and the item was printed correctly per that approval.
- Minor variations in color that may occur between screen displays and printed output.
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Orders where a refund request is submitted without the required photo evidence.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please email us at griffin.brautigam@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photo evidence showing the damage, defect, or print quality issue
We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible. If your request is approved, we will initiate your refund within 7 business days of confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time after initiation may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Return Shipping
Because we do not accept physical returns, you are not required to ship anything back to us. Simply contact us with your photos and order details and we will handle everything from there.
